Shipping Policy
Delivery is available in East and West Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from the warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s) excluding public holidays and weekends.
Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.
Notes: Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2 – 3 working days depending on the courier service provider.
Delivery ETA may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under The Total Care's responsibility.
Delivery Rate
(i) Peninsular Malaysia - RM 5.40 for first 2KG; RM 1 for additional 0.25KG
(ii) East Malaysia - RM 6.90 for first 2KG; RM 1.50 for additional 0.25KG

Refunds: Delivery
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
Returns of Items
Delivery Charges for returned items to be borned by the buyer.
For replacement of items, Total Care shall bear the delivery charges for sending back the item to the buyer.
